1. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch
- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatchedfrom our facility.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@c2foodproducts.comwith your order details.
- Once approved, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
After Dispatch
- Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched, as food products are perishable in nature.
2. Returns Policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returnsΒ for food products once delivered, except in the following cases:
- Damaged or broken packaging
- Expired products
- Incorrect product delivered
3. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund only if:

- Clear images/videos of the damaged, expired, or incorrect product are shared
- The complaint is verified and approved by our team
4. Refund Process
- Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7β10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side
